Manual Tray Sealing Machine

Made of 304 grade stainless steel, offered range of manual tray sealing machines is used for film based sealing of disposable food serving trays at specific vacuum pressure range. As part of their mechanism, provided tray sealing systems remove air from the tray that needs to be sealed. Later, modified gas is used to fill the tray and film based sealing is utilized to cover it. The entire sealing process is executed in an enclosed chamber at specific vacuum pressure. Provided manual tray sealing machines are 30 x 24 x 17 inches in diameter and these are capable of sealing 250 to 300 trays in every hour.
